Aarrelabel is a Finnish family business founded in 2011. Most of the products are sustainably made in the brand's own factory on Portugal. The factory has an OEKO-TEX certificate, which means that the clothing does not have any residue of heavy metals or harmful chemicals.
Aarrelabel uses GOTS certified organic cotton and BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) cotton in their products. In 2020, Aarre published their own code of conduct for the suppliers, which seeks to draw attention to social responsibility and environmental requirements.
